Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2-26
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress
Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and records
Engage families and coordinate with outside specialists as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

Independently licensed in PA as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Minimum 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents
Telehealth or virtual care experience
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Hybrid schedule with after-school/evening/weekend availability
