Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-26)
• Work with interdisciplinary team for high-quality care
• Hybrid model: virtual and in-person sessions
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with families
• Flexible after-school hours; weekends; guarantee caseload
• Total earnings up to $100k+ annually; base $50k for 20 hrs/week

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in Virginia as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• At least 1 year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents
• 1 year telehealth or virtual therapy experience
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (if 1099 contractor)
• Comfort working after 4pm ET on weekdays or weekends
• Hybrid work model; willing to work onsite at least 10 hrs/week
