Child and Adolescent Therapist - Diagnostic Evaluator (LCSW, LMFT & LPC) - Contract/1099

📋 Description

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS).
• Synthesize data into clear diagnostic conclusions and reports.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; maintain timely documentation.
• Communicate evaluation findings and next steps to families and care teams.
• Manage diagnostic and therapy schedules; participate in weekly meetings and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed LCSW, LMFT & LPC in NJ.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
• Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care model.
• Comfort managing complex schedules and multiple clinical responsibilities.
• Onsite minimum 1 day/week; after-school care hours.
