- Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations including ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS.
- Analyze, interpret, and synthesize assessment data into diagnostic conclusions.
- Complete progress notes within 24 hours of service; provide feedback to families.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps to the care team.
- Manage diagnostic schedule and report writing; hybrid schedule (onsite 1+ days/week; remote as needed).
- Salary range: $90k-$100k USD.
🎯 Requirements
- Independently licensed LCSW, LMFT & LPC in MD.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care model.
- Comfort managing complex schedules and balancing multiple clinical responsibilities.
- Familiarity with standardized diagnostic tools (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS, or similar).
