Child and Adolescent Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-26).
• Deliver therapy via remote and hybrid formats with families.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality care.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and timely records.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.
• 1 year of direct care therapy with children and adolescents.
• 1 year telehealth or virtual therapy experience.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET and weekends.
• Proficient with Google Suite and EMR systems.
