Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist - Contract/1099

📋 Description

• Lead in-person and telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26.
• Build meaningful connections; understand needs; educate families.
• Develop individualized care plans; connect to ongoing treatment.
• Collaborate with clinicians, providers, and families to coordinate care.
• Maintain intake docs and records; ensure clinical/technical quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in PA.
• At least 1 year experience with children and adolescents.
• At least 1 year telehealth/virtual experience.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
• Commit to 8+ hours/week during core hours (after 4pm weekdays; weekends).
