🎯 Requirements

20+ years in technology/engineering; 10+ years in engineering management leading global functions.
CTO/VP Eng or senior tech leader in B2B SaaS, fintech, or regulated tech.
Trading floor systems experience with global capital markets exposure.
Led large-scale architectural transformations.
Linux/Windows production workloads and deep cloud technology knowledge.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
