🎯 Requirements
- PhD in Materials Science, Ceramics, Applied Physics, or closely related field.
- 10+ years with advanced or ultra-high-temperature ceramics in manufacturing, aerospace, labs, or defense.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing ceramics (e.g., CoorsTek, Kyocera, CeramTec, Morgan).
- Aerospace/defense experience with primes or government partners.
- National labs experience (ORNL, Sandia, AFRL, LLNL, etc.).
- Progressed materials from TRL 2–3 to TRL 5–6.
