- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant People policies.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in HR/People Operations.
- 8+ years leading global HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or HR; MBA asset.
- Global HR leadership with international expansion experience.
- Experience in HR ops within global SaaS/tech organizations.
- Proven ability to drive DEI, analytics, and leadership reporting.
