- Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and organizational change end-to-end.
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation.
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, n8n), knowledge bases.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Slack; experience creating executive docs.
- Strong ability to translate complex tech into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
