🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in operations, client services, program/project management with client delivery ownership.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and organizational change end-to-end.
  • Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, n8n), knowledge bases.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Slack; experience creating executive docs.
  • Strong ability to translate complex tech into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
