  • Partner with MD of AI to translate priorities into plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead AI transformation: define offerings, repeatable frameworks, best practices.
  • Design end-to-end processes embedding AI tools into client workflows and internal ops.
  • Translate AI capabilities into business cases, use cases, and executive roadmaps.
  • Design AI-powered automated engines that scale beyond engagements.
  • Run client delivery from discovery to launch and sustained adoption.

  • 5-7+ years in ops, client services, PM, or transformation with client delivery ownership.
  • Proven success leading multi-stakeholder projects and org change end-to-end (scope, timelines, budgets, risk).
  • Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, knowledge mgmt.
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical audiences; manage risk.
  • Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier, n8n), knowledge bases, and modern AI tooling.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; prepare exec-ready docs.
