- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, knowledge mgmt.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into business value for non-technical audiences; manage risk.
- Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier, n8n), knowledge bases, and modern AI tooling.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; prepare exec-ready docs.
