  • Own end-to-end client engagements from discovery to adoption.
  • Build governance, metrics, and change management for AI programs.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, enablement, and executive reporting.

  • 5-7+ years in ops, client services, PM, or transformation with client delivery ownership.
  • Deep AI fluency: LLMs, prompt engineering, automation, and knowledge management.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for execs.
  • No/low-code automation (Zapier, n8n); knowledge bases and AI tooling.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; exec docs/presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
  • Willing to travel 20-40%.
