🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in operations, client services, PM, or transformation with client ownership
- Led multi-stakeholder projects and end-to-end organizational change
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompts, automation, knowledge mgmt
- Understand AI capabilities, reliability, and risk management
- Design repeatable, scalable AI-enabled processes and outputs
- Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier/n8n) and KBs
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Slack; exec documentation
