  • Partner with the MD AI and exec team to translate priorities into plans with outcomes
  • Lead AI transformation methodology: define offerings, frameworks, and best practices
  • Design end-to-end AI-enabled processes in client workflows and internal ops
  • Translate AI capabilities into business cases, use cases, and roadmaps
  • Produce executive materials that drive alignment and decisions
  • Identify AI leverage across client engagements and surface opportunities

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in operations, client services, PM, or transformation with client ownership
  • Led multi-stakeholder projects and end-to-end organizational change
  • Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompts, automation, knowledge mgmt
  • Understand AI capabilities, reliability, and risk management
  • Design repeatable, scalable AI-enabled processes and outputs
  • Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier/n8n) and KBs
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Slack; exec documentation
