  • 5-7+ years in operations, client services, PM, or transformation with client ownership.
  • Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompts, automation, and knowledge systems.
  • Able to translate AI capabilities into clear business value for executives.
  • Design repeatable processes and scalable AI-enabled systems.
  • Experience with no/low-code tools (Zapier/n8n), knowledge bases, and AI tooling.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; exec-ready docs.
