- Partner with the MD of AI to translate priorities into plans with measurable outcomes.
- Lead AI transformation: define offerings, repeatable frameworks, best practices.
- Design end-to-end processes embedding AI tools into client workflows and internal ops.
- Translate AI capabilities into business cases, use cases, and roadmaps for executives.
- Produce executive materials (briefings, roadmaps, memos) to drive alignment.
- Identify where AI creates leverage across client engagements and surface strategic opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in ops, client services, PM/PMO, or transformation with client delivery ownership.
- Led multi-stakeholder projects and end-to-end organizational change (scope, timelines, budgets, risk, change mgmt).
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, workflow automation, knowledge bases.
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities/limits, reliability design, and risk management.
- Proven ability to design repeatable processes and scalable systems.
- Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier/n8n), knowledge bases, and modern AI tooling.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; ability to prepare exec docs.
