  • Deep AI fluency: LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, knowledge mgmt
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities/limits; design for reliability and risk
  • Ability to design repeatable, scalable processes and systems
  • No/low-code automation with Zapier/n8n; knowledge bases and AI tooling
