🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in ops, client services, PM, or transformation with client ownership.
- Led multi-stakeholder projects and org change end-to-end (scope, timelines, budgets).
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, automation, knowledge mgmt.
- Experience with no/low-code tools: Zapier, n8n, Airtable.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; exec docs.
- Able to translate complex tech into clear business value for non-tech audiences.
