🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in ops, client services, PM, or transformation with client delivery ownership
- Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and change end-to-end
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, reliability, and risk
- Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier, n8n), knowledge bases, and AI tooling
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; exec-ready docs
