  • Partner with the MD of AI and exec team to translate priorities into plans with outcomes
  • Lead AI transformation methodology: define offerings and repeatable frameworks
  • Design end-to-end processes embedding AI tools into client workflows and internal ops
  • Translate AI capabilities into clear business cases, use cases, and roadmaps
  • Produce executive materials that drive alignment and decisions
  • Identify where AI creates leverage across engagements and surface opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in ops, client services, PM, or transformation with client delivery ownership
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and change end-to-end
  • Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and automation
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, reliability, and risk
  • Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier, n8n), knowledge bases, and AI tooling
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; exec-ready docs
