🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in operations, client services, product/program/project management, or consulting
- Led multi-stakeholder projects and org change end-to-end (scope, timelines, budgets)
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompts, automation, and knowledge mgmt
- Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into clear business value for non-technical audiences
- Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier, n8n), knowledge bases, and AI tooling
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; exec-ready docs
