  • Experience with no/low-code automation tools (Zapier, n8n) and knowledge bases
  • Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into clear business cases for executives
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, and Slack
  • Excellent communication to executive audiences; comfortable with change
