- Role: Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of AI.
- Location: US or Canada; US: full-time; Canada: independent contractor.
- Lead AI strategy, execution, and transformation across the AI practice.
- Design AI-enabled processes and scalable automated engines.
- Own end-to-end client delivery from discovery to adoption.
- Translate AI capabilities into business cases, roadmaps, and exec materials.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-7+ years in operations, client services, PM, or transformation with client delivery.
- Deep AI fluency: hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, automation.
- Ability to design repeatable, scalable processes and systems.
- Experience with no/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) and AI tooling.
- Excellent communication; translate complex tech to business value; exec stakeholder mgmt.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
