  • 5-7+ years in operations, client services, PM, or transformation with client delivery ownership
  • Led multi-stakeholder projects and org change end-to-end (scope, timelines)
  • Deep AI fluency: hands-on LLMs, prompts, automation, knowledge management
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, reliability design, and risk management
  • Experience with no/low-code automation (Zapier/n8n), knowledge bases, AI tooling
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack; exec documents
