🎯 Requirements

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution
- Track record of operational excellence; planning and performance systems
- Exceptional communication and influence across execs and teams
- High ownership and bias for action; thrives in ambiguity; in-person 4-5 days/week
