  • Partner with the CMO to define strategic priorities and translate them into operational plans

  • 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or growth in a high-growth startup

  • Proven success driving operational excellence—building planning, accountability, and performance systems
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills; comfortable working across executive and functional teams
  • High ownership and bias for action: proactive, resourceful, and hands-on
  • Thrives in ambiguity and solves hard problems with energy and clarity
