🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, business ops, program mgmt, strategy, or Chief of Staff
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth technology company
- Strong project and program management with multiple workstreams
- Excellent written/verbal communication; distill complex topics into clear recommendations
- Strong analytical, data-driven, problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence across teams without authority; good judgment
