🎯 Requirements

- 2–5+ years in product management, consulting, operations, or founder-facing role
- Good product intuition to break down complex problems into actionable steps
- Ownership mindset: you see gaps, step in, and drive things to completion
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and leadership
- Clear communicator and writer; reduces ambiguity
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities
