• Partner with recruiting to grow our team
• Serve as CEO of a venture studio company
• Manage client project delivery
• Drive value through data and analytics for clients
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for clients
• Own and solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems
• Self-manage with no hand-holding
• Move between strategic work and ground-level execution
• Deploy AI tools daily to amplify output
• Identify opportunities, inefficiencies, threats early

• 5-7+ years in top environments (consulting, VC/PE, BD, startups)
• Proven track record turning ambiguous initiatives into outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize complex info
• Bonus: experience in high-growth startups, venture studios, or AI/tech
• Education: Bachelor's or equivalent; advanced degree a plus
• Ethics: Commitment to ethical practices
• Travel: Occasional travel (10-25%)
• Location: Remote-friendly; EST hours overlap preferred
