- Strategic partner to the COO/CFO to set priorities and align finance/ops leadership
- Own operating cadences (QBRs, offsites, planning) to drive outcomes
- Lead board materials, earnings communications, and executive presentations
- Manage media engagements for the CFO/COO (interviews, events, appearances)
- Drive internal communications and organizational engagement for the CFO/COO
- Act as a force multiplier across the C-suite; connect functions and move priorities
- Identify and close organizational gaps before they become problems
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in high-performance environments: IB, consulting, corporate finance, or CoS at large tech/finance org
- Prior Chief of Staff experience preferred; equivalents considered
- Strong finance foundation: understand financial statements and operating models
- Excellent written and verbal communication: board narratives, all-hands, exec emails
- Comfort operating without a playbook; define priorities and manage up
- Natural collaborator with executive presence
- Outstanding organizational instincts; run multiple workstreams with no cracks
- Experience with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT
