📋 Description

• Serve as CEO's right hand on strategy, capital allocation, and priorities.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings, All Hands, offsites; drive decisions into action.
• Synthesize performance insights; surface data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with CEO on strategic transactions, including M&A and fundraising.
• Build lightweight tools and dashboards; automate workflows; champion AI.
• Manage CEO workflows; anticipate needs; represent CEO in meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, PE, or startup leadership.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills; synthesize complex topics.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; Gamma.
• Proven ability to lead without authority; manage multiple projects in ambiguity.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Gamma) and automation.
• Proactive, self-starter with high emotional intelligence and executive presence.
