🎯 Requirements

- Certifications in OKRs, PMO, or Change Management
- 5-10+ years in strategy, operations, PMO, or Chief of Staff
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into action
- Experience partnering with executive teams in high-growth or complex environments
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and planning
