• 5+ years in top-tier management consulting and CoS/Business Ops at a high-growth tech company.
• Exceptional business judgment; a high-leverage generalist in fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical horsepower; advanced Excel/Sheets; build decision models.
• Ability to structure ambiguity and drive execution with measurable impact.
• High agency with bias to action; turn ambiguity into momentum.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct ownership.
