🎯 Requirements

• 6-12+ years in consulting, strategy/ops, program mgmt, or high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional priorities to completion in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong financial and P&L literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready updates.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using data, dashboards, and SQL/BI.
• Executive presence and high EQ across senior stakeholders.
