🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in IB, PE, consulting, or operations at high-growth firms
- Bias toward action and ownership; you spot gaps and fill them
- Sharp analytical skills with judgment to move fast on imperfect information
- Strong generalist instincts; comfortable jumping between finance, people ops, and strategy
- Experience with M&A or post-merger integration preferred
