🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience including CIO/CISO roles in EU-regulated firms (HCMC or similar)
- Deep knowledge of ESMA and HCMC regulations, reporting, digital asset compliance
- Senior management experience in software development, integration, and full product lifecycle
- Experience with platforms like Global Transaction Services, Markets, Custody, Exchanges, e-Commerce, or Payment Services
- Excellent interpersonal/analytical skills; translating requirements into compliant local solutions
- Proactive in analyzing business drivers and implementing effective processes with senior management
