• Deep hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems (LLMs, training, inference).
• Cloud-native security across AWS, GCP, Azure; zero-trust, IAM, multi-tenant.
• Threat modeling and red-teaming; AI-specific vectors like prompt injection.
• Security monitoring, incident response, and compliance programs at scale.
• Shipped security products or tooling used by customers.
• Thinks like a founder; security as a product, not just compliance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; excited by unsolved problems.
• Product-minded; can articulate trade-offs to non-security stakeholders.
• Technical enough to earn engineers’ respect and client trust.
• Teaches and builds institutional knowledge; documents learnings.
