• Lead Capco27s global information security strategy and policy framework.
• Shape security priorities across the firm.
• Collaborate with Board, IT, risk, presales, and delivery teams.
• Oversee risk assessment frameworks and reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead security input into presales, major bids, audits, and assurance.
• Oversee incident response, budget, and supplier security.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior executive or board-level experience within complex multi-site services.
• Strong information security leadership in regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and build stakeholder relationships.
• Deep knowledge of security tech, regulatory requirements, and audits.
• Experience defining strategy and leading teams to measurable outcomes.
• Bonus: SIEM/SOC leadership; ISO27001, SSAE 18, or NIST; CISSP/CISA/CISM.
