• Develop and execute enterprise security strategy, governance, and risk.
• Oversee security compliance, threat mitigation, and protection of sensitive data and mission systems.
• Provide executive IT and security leadership, partnering with CEO and senior leaders.
• Champion a security culture embedded across the org to enable fast, secure operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive cybersecurity leadership in an executive role.
• Deep CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 familiarity.
• DoD contractor compliance experience (DFARS 252.204-7012, SAM).
• Proven leadership of security and IT teams, incl director-level reports.
• Experience leading Incident Response with government reporting obligations.
• Strong GRC and policy governance skills.
