Lead growth team and mentor to execute; support CEO on strategy and board engagement
Step into leadership discussions and fill in for the CEO when needed

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of growth-oriented roles, ideally in a tough tech sector
Direct experience as a tough tech entrepreneur or senior commercial leader
Proven success building partnership strategies with measurable outcomes
Experience helping startups scale through pilots, FOAK deployments, or exits
Strong track record managing teams in high-ambiguity, mission-driven environments
Ability to operate in board and senior stakeholder settings
