- 10+ years in food & beverage preferred.
- Proven growth across retail and DTC channels.
- Deep retail sales expertise with major retailers.
- DTC/e-commerce experience, including Amazon.
- Strong P&L management across channels.
- MBA from a top-tier school preferred.
