🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO/VP Finance or divisional head.
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution with multi-site and international operations.
- Proven track record in managing institutional banking relationships and debt facilities.
- GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, ERP/WMS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
