- Ensure internal control environment is sound, documented, and effective.
- Develop and maintain a control environment meeting audit standards.
- Manage books/records and policies in line with regulatory law.

- Prepare and review regulatory financial reports, including quarterly FDIC Call Reports.
🎯 Requirements
- 10–15+ years in finance and accounting in banking or financial services.
- 5+ years in senior financial leadership (CFO/Controller/Treasury) at a regulated bank.
- GAAP financial reporting, Call Reports, ALM, liquidity planning.
- Strong knowledge of banking regs, internal controls, and instruments.
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
