🎯 Requirements

- Background in manufacturing/distribution; multi-site/international operations.
- Proven banking relationships and debt facilities experience.
- GAAP knowledge, cost accounting, financial modeling; ERP/WMS.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management.
