Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of financial strategy, budget, and long-range plans.
• Build and mentor finance across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax.
• Oversee monthly close, consolidations, and GAAP financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity in complex deal structures.
• Serve as chief liaison for banking relationships and credit facilities.
• Partner with operations to improve plant/DC performance and inventory turns.
• Support commercial teams on pricing, contracts, and profitability by program.
• Lead ROI/NPV analysis for capital investments.
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and GAAP/regulatory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO/VP Finance.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain–intensive background with multi-site ops.
• Proven banking relationships and debt facilities management.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP/WMS.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across ops, commercial, and execs.
• Comfortable operating at strategic and tactical levels in a growing privately owned company.
• A sense of humor and passion for your craft.
