🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership (CFO/VP Finance).
- Manufacturing/distribution/supply chain with multi-site/international ops.
- Proven track record with institutional banking relationships and debt facilities.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP/WMS.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management across operations, commercial, and exec.
