Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

📋 Description

• Lead financial strategy, annual budget, and multi-year plan aligned with ops.
• Build and mentor finance org across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax.
• Oversee monthly close and consolidations for U.S. and intl entities per GAAP.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and terms in complex deals.
• Lead banking relationships, credit facilities, and covenant management.
• Partner with operations to improve plant/DC performance and inventory turns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years finance leadership, including CFO/VP roles.
• Manufacturing/distribution or supply chain with multi-site/international ops.
• Proven track record managing banking relationships and debt facilities.
• GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, ERP/WMS knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across teams.
