🎯 Requirements
- Deep experience in physical/inventory businesses, including perishable goods.

- Growth-stage operating experience in consumer/CPG/DTC at scale.
- Systems leadership: ERP implementations (NetSuite, SAP) and OMS/EDI in omnichannel.
- Proven ability to improve cash flow, margins, and overall performance.
- Experience building and leading finance talent in a lean team.
