Lead facility design and architecture for an airbreathing propulsion test facility.
Oversee conceptual and detailed facility design (air plant, test cells, airflow, instrumentation, data acquisition, safety, infrastructure).
Translate test objectives into engineering specifications for propulsion systems.
Program and technical leadership: act as principal engineering authority across phases; manage cross-functional teams; coordinate with contractors and stakeholders; support acquisition strategies and oversight.
Liaise with government and test customers and internal leaders; communicate progress and align priorities.
Identify and mitigate technical risks; implement QA across engineering and construction.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in propulsion test facility design/development or aerospace infra.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (TS preferred).
