🎯 Requirements
- Must reside in Utah; on-site presence required (relocation offered).
- 10+ years in financial services risk/compliance; 5+ years in leadership.
- BSA/AML and OFAC expertise with program management.
- Strong knowledge of banking regs (FDIC, FRB, FinCEN) and Utah rules.
- Experience overseeing Compliance Officers, BSA Officers, and information security.
- Excellent communication with regulators, Board, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: de novo bank/ILC fintech; CRCM/CAMS/CIA; model risk familiarity.

- Pay Range: $250,000 - $750,000 USD.
