• Define the Audit Vision — establish and lead a risk-based internal audit strategy.
• Provide Independent Assurance — evaluations to Board/Audit Committee on risk, controls, governance.
• Audit the Stack — audits of tech, funds movement, and cloud infra for data integrity.
• Validate the "Magic" — ensure product workflows and financial controls operate as intended.
• Bridge the Regulatory Gap — main contact for partner banks and regulators on oversight.
• Automate Oversight — design and implement continuous monitoring with real-time data.

• Proven leadership building internal audit functions in high-growth banking/fintech.
• Technical fluency in cloud-native environments; APIs and automated controls.
• NAVIGATE regulators with confidence; engage with regulators and adapt to changes.
• Maintain independence; deliver difficult news and drive positive change.
• Communicate clearly with Board, regulators, engineers, and product teams.
