- Serve as NiCE SME and liaison for GSI partners (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, IBM).
- Ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially aligned.
- Lead in design and scoping to maximize customer outcomes.
- Guide GSI partners toward realistic delivery timelines and scope.
- Collaborate with NiCE’s DSA organization for design-to-delivery handoffs.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in solution architecture or senior consulting in contact center/SaaS/enterprise software.
- 8+ years in customer-facing engagements with multi-stakeholder environments.
- 5+ years CCaaS experience with CXone or similar platforms.
- Proven experience with GSI partnerships (Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, IBM).
- Governing complex multi-party delivery and aligned scoping.
- Experience with integration architectures (e.g., SAP, CRM).
